We Pray

James 5:13-16 (NIV)
13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

At CCC prayer is personal, communal, and corporate.

You may submit personal prayer requests via our contact page or you may request an appointment for the purpose of prayer.

Communal prayer is offered after each Sunday Worship hour.

A prayer calendar is provided monthly to assist in guiding our daily prayers with corporate unity.

Words of Hope and Our Daily Bread daily devotionals are available for daily feeding on God's Word.   

Fasting and prayer are biblical companions.  Monthly prayer calendars include suggested fasting and prayer days to ensure the fullness of the Holy Spirit and the effectiveness of prayers to shine the light of Christ in Welland.

Let's become a prayerful people so that the fullness of the light of Christ dispels the darkness in our city.
